Important Information About Deleting Your Plemuz Account

Please read this information carefully before proceeding with account deletion.

What happens when you delete your Plemuz account:

Your profile, username, and stage name will be permanently deleted
All your playlists, saved music, and listening history will be lost forever
Your music library and favorited songs will be removed
You will lose access to any Plemuz Premium subscription and paid features
Your account cannot be recovered after deletion - this action is irreversible
You will no longer receive communications from Plemuz
Any content you've uploaded, shared, or posted will be removed
Your streaming history and personalized recommendations will be deleted
Any social connections with other Plemuz users will be severed
Outstanding subscription payments will be processed according to our refund policy

Note: If you have an active Plemuz Premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel recurring payments.

Request Plemuz Account Deletion

If you're sure you want to permanently delete your Plemuz account and all your music data, you can submit a deletion request.

How to request deletion:

Send an email to plemuzapp@gmail.com from your registered email address
Include "Plemuz Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
Provide your Plemuz username, stage name (if applicable), and reason for deletion (optional)
Confirm that you understand this action is irreversible and will delete all your music data
We will process your request within 7-14 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
If you have an active subscription, we'll also confirm the cancellation and any applicable refunds
